We provide information and tools related to debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) loans and investor financing. Features may include loan calculators, rate comparisons, and product demonstrations.

2. Demo and Trial Access

• The Company may provide access to demos, trials, sandboxes, or preview versions of its platform (“Demos”).
• All Demos are provided solely for evaluation purposes and are strictly confidential.
• By accessing any Demo, you agree to the following:
  • You will not screenshot, record, copy, photograph, download, or otherwise capture any portion of the Demo.
  • You will not share, disclose, or discuss the content, design, functionality, or any proprietary information from the Demo with any third party.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate any part of the Demo.
  • Access is time-limited and may be revoked at any time without notice.
  • Any feedback you provide regarding the Demo becomes the sole property of the Company.
• Violation of these Demo terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4a. SMS Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to SMS text messages on our sign-up or create-borrower forms (for example /sign-up), you agree that we and our authorized loan officers may send SMS texts to the mobile number you provide regarding your loan application and account. This opt-in is for SMS text messages only and does not authorize telephone calls or voicemail under that checkbox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining a loan. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Full messaging program details appear in our Privacy Policy, including that your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the Site’s security features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all Demos are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee loan approval, rates, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
